A speedy and professional job by Rod, Aaron and all the staff I dealt with Alexander Jacob. I'll try to keep this short; I had a small property for sale in Retford which had been rented for a while with another estate agent in town and I asked what they thought I could get on a sale and after an extensive discussion they suggested it be marketed at £80k and wouldn't budge on it. I was never going to accept this and a third party(thank you Shane!) suggested I speak with Rod, he told me £100k would be easily achievable and indicated a little work be done, which came to less than £1k and was arranged by AJ, and I sold for £110k. I'm not suggesting that this will be everyone's experience but Alexander Jacob clearly have a far, far better grip on how the local market is trending than some other estate agents in town.

These are the best real estate agents on the planet. My father who lived in Retford which is a town in Nottingham, passed away leaving me to manage his estate . I live in California and without the team at Alexander Jacob Real Estate it would have been impossible to accomplish this. They are the best … they made what was at first impossible possible even though it took time they never wavered going out of there way at every step to make it happen. I’m forever grateful . If you need Real Estate help … this is the place to go.

Just bought a house with Alexander Jacob Estate Agents. We couldn't fault a thing from start to finish. Regular updates from Aaron , his customer service skills are fantastic and everything dealt with very promptly and professionally. All staff are very friendly and have a very good work ethic.

Top notch service from first viewing to completion of sale....and beyond. The whole team have been amazing but particular mention to Emily and Tom for their support and helpfulness throughout the whole painful process of a house purchase. We've purchased a new build property with associated snags and the team at Alexander Jacobs have, and continue to, go above and beyond to deliver and help with issues. They are a delight to deal with and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services.

I recently sold my house with the team at Alexander Jacob - I was very impressed with the whole service provided I recently used Alexander Jacob for another house sale and received the same excellent service from the team. Rod, Aaron and Emily and Yom have all been brilliant would definitely recommend
